Grand Daddy Purp Seeds

Ken Estes is a celebrated American cannabis cultivator and breeder, best known for creating the iconic strain Grand Daddy Purple (GDP).

A Vietnam veteran, Estes was severely injured in a motorcycle accident, which left him wheelchair-bound and searching for effective relief. Traditional pharmaceuticals failed him, so he turned to medicinal flower, sparking a lifelong dedication to cultivating high-potency therapeutic strains.

Over decades he refined his craft, earning numerous awards (including 14 High Times Cup titles) and becoming an outspoken advocate for patients and medical marijuana reform.
